Return Procedure
Please only send back items once you have informed us and we have sent you directions to do so.
We do not offer model or color exchanges and will not respond to requests for them.
Step 01
Before You Ship
Prepare Your Package
Include identifying info: Place a note inside the package with your full name and order number.
Get a tracking number: Obtain a tracking number from your shipping carrier to monitor delivery.
Remove all batteries: Remove all batteries from the optic, accessories, and packaging before shipping.
No hazard labels: Do not include any battery warning or hazardous material labels on the outside of the package.

Carrier & Packaging
Choose a Shipping Method
Recommended service: For packages under 1 lb, use USPS Ground Advantage. Cost should be $4 to $6 with your own small box or padded envelope. If a USPS employee quotes a higher price, ask specifically for other rates. You do not need insurance or any special options.
Packaging: Use the smallest box or padded plastic envelope possible. The original optic box provides enough protection inside a mailer.
Using a box larger than 8" x 8" x 8" may delay your return processing by up to 7 business days.
After Delivery
Once tracking confirms your return has been delivered, allow up to 4 business days for our team to inspect the item and process it. We will notify you by email as soon as the replacement is sent out.
