Return/Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. After this period, your product is covered by our Lifetime Warranty for repair or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, with limited signs of use, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Approval Is Required Before You Ship

All returns must be approved by Cyelee before you send anything back. To request approval, please fill out the customer service request form below. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Do not ship your optic back until you have been approved. Items sent back before a return has been approved will not be accepted and cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved within 30 days of purchase, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If your return is approved after 30 days from the date of purchase, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Replacements and Tracking

If your approved return qualifies for a replacement, you are required to provide a tracking number for your returned item before a replacement will be sent. This confirms your product is on its way back to us and helps us get your replacement out to you as quickly as possible.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Once processed, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
