That belief did not come from a boardroom. It came from a father who felt the weight of that responsibility firsthand.

The Founder
From a Mountain Village to a Mission
My name is Sean Wu. I grew up in a small, coastal mountain village in China with a single dream: to walk out of those mountains and see the world beyond.
I am, above all else, a father. I have two wonderful children, and like any parent, my drive is simple: to provide them a better life. That instinct became the seed of everything Cyelee would grow to be.

2020 — The Founding
Seeds Sown in the Heart of the Storm
Cyelee was born in 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. The world had gone quiet in the worst possible way. As I watched my children, I felt the weight of that instability for the first time and understood something clearly: reliability is not given. It is built, deliberately, in the hardest moments.
I decided to build something that lasts. Not just a company: a commitment.

After speaking with tens of thousands of Cyelee users, one truth became clear: behind every order is a person just like me. An office worker at the range after a long day. A homeowner alert in the middle of the night. A parent who just wants to know their family is safe.
