We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return your item for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note: We do not offer direct exchanges. To get the right item, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

How to Return Your Item in 3 Steps

Step 1: Prepare Your Package

Follow this checklist to ensure a smooth return process:

• ✅ Include Identifying Info: Place a note inside the package with your full name and order number.
• ✅ Get a Tracking Number: Obtain a tracking number from your shipping carrier to monitor the delivery.
• 🚫 Remove All Batteries: Important: Please remove all batteries from the optic, accessories, and packaging before shipping.
• 🚫 No Hazard Labels: Do not include any battery warning or hazardous material labels on the outside of the package.

Step 2: Ship to Our Returns Center

Step 3: Choose a Shipping Method

• Recommended Service & Rates: For packages under 1lb, we recommend using USPS Ground Advantage. When using your own small box or padded envelope, the shipping cost should only be between $4 and $6. If a USPS employee quotes you a higher price, please ask them specifically for other rates, as this is the correct price range. Remember, you do not need insurance or any special options, which add unnecessary costs.
• Packaging: Use the smallest box or padded plastic envelope possible. The original optic box provides enough protection inside a mailer.

⚠️ Avoid Delays: Using a box larger than 8" x 8" x 8" may delay your return processing by up to 7 business days.

What Happens Next?

Once the tracking shows your return has been delivered, please allow up to 4 business days for our team to inspect the item and process your refund. We will notify you by email as soon as the refund is issued.
