Refund Policy Details


  • Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • To be eligible for a return it must be within 90 days of purchase and you must contact us cs@cyeleeoptics.com
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We can also look up this information based on your name or order number

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • If your product is not in new saleable condition, we will deduct 20% off of your refund if we can clearance the item. 
    • If the item is not saleable because it has been altered, such as by painting or other modifications, you will not receive a refund on your return.

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      • We will replace items if they are defective or damaged within 90 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@cyeleeoptics.comfor further return instructions
      • If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item we will exchange the product for another as long as the product is in new unused condition. Please send us the product picture to confirm and exchange.


      • We will pay for the costs of returning the item on defective Cyelee If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong part we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
      • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

      • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
