What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders that exceed $30 before tax and shipping.
Orders that are less than $30 will have a $3.99 shipping charge added.
When will my order ship out?
Order by 1 PM CST for Same Day Shipping (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 1 PM CST or on weekend will ship the next business day.
Has my order shipped?
All orders will receive a confirmation email as soon as the shipment is processed.
Check Spam folder if you can’t find the email in your Inbox. If there isn’t a message in your spam folder Contact Us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is included in the confirmation email, after the order has shipped.
Email updates will also be delivered throughout the process.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Cyelee Optics only ship to the United States, other country, Please Contact Us: email@example.com.
Returns and Warranty
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90 day No-Hassle Return for all orders. Returns must be returned in original packaging and in new condition.

What are my payment options?
Paypal and all credit and debit cards are accepted.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Tax is based on the billing address on your order. Orders billed to an address in Minnesota will be charged MN state sales tax; orders billed to all other states are exempt to MN sales tax.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item?
When your in the shopping cart, clock on the + or – on the sides of the current quantity to change them. If you wish to cancel an existing order or item from an order Contact Us(email@example.com) with your order number and request the cancel of the order or item.
How do I change the email address for my account?
Contact Us(firstname.lastname@example.org) with your old email and request it be changed to the new one.
Do you offer discounts to Military and Law Enforcement?
Yes, we do. Contact Us to get your discount.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Purchase orders are accepted on a case by case basis. Please Contact Us for further details.
