Cyelee Optics Official Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Cyelee Optics ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you ("You") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on October 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM EDT and ending on October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT. All online entries must be received by October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT.

4. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://www.cyeleeoptics.com/pages/optictober2025. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Data Collection and Use: By entering the Giveaway, you consent to the Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and for marketing purposes. You agree to receive marketing communications, including emails and/or SMS messages, from the Sponsor. You may opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication. Your information will not be sold to third parties.

6. Prizes: Each day during the Giveaway Period, three (3) winners will be selected.

• Two (2) winners per day will each receive one (1) coupon code valid for the redemption of one (1) Cyelee optic of their choice from the Sponsor's website. (Approximate Retail Value: $200).
• One (1) winner per day will receive one (1) coupon code valid for the redemption of one (1) Cyelee Optics t-shirt. (Approximate Retail Value: $35).

The prize is a single-use coupon code, which is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing each day from all eligible entries received up to that point. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days following their selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

8. Shipping: Prizes redeemed with the coupon code will only be shipped to a valid address within the fifty (50) United States. Shipping to P.O. Boxes may not be possible.

9. Winning Limitation: An individual may not win more than two (2) times within any twelve (12) month period. Any subsequent wins within this period will be deemed void, and a new Winner will be selected.

10. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor, and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Cyelee Optics and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) the unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (iv) printing or typographical errors in any Giveaway-related materials. You agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

12. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND GEORGIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Cobb County, Georgia having jurisdiction.
