Please only send back items once you have informed us and we have sent you directions to do so. To get your item repaired or replaced, please follow the steps below.

How to Return Your Item for Repair in 3 Steps

Step 1: Prepare Your Package

Follow this checklist to ensure a smooth return process:

• ✅ Include Identifying Info: Place a note inside the package with your full name and order number.
• ✅ Get a Tracking Number: Obtain a tracking number from your shipping carrier to monitor the delivery.
• 🚫 Remove All Batteries: Important: Please remove all batteries from the optic, accessories, and packaging before shipping.
• 🚫 No Hazard Labels: Do not include any battery warning or hazardous material labels on the outside of the package.

Step 2: Ship to Our Returns Center

Please send your item to the following address.

Step 3: Choose a Shipping Method

• Recommended Service & Rates: For packages under 1lb, we recommend using USPS Ground Advantage. When using your own small box or padded envelope, the shipping cost should only be between $4 and $6. If a USPS employee quotes you a higher price, please ask them specifically for other rates, as this is the correct price range. Remember, you do not need insurance or any special options, which add unnecessary costs.
• Packaging: Use the smallest box or padded plastic envelope possible. The original optic box provides enough protection inside a mailer.

⚠️ Avoid Delays: Using a box larger than 8" x 8" x 8" may delay your return processing by up to 7 business days.

What Happens Next?

Once the tracking shows your return has been delivered, please allow up to 4 business days for our team to inspect the item and process it. We will notify you by email as soon as the replacement is sent out.
