Cyelee Optics & Project R3con Giveaway Rules

A DONATION OR SUBSCRIPTION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER.

1. Eligibility: The giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Cyelee Optics ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you ("You") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on November 5, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ending on November 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. All entries must be received by November 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

4. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by one of two methods:

• Donation Entry: Receive two (2) entries for every $50 donated to Project R3con via the official donation link: https://projectr3con.org/donate/. Donors can gain additional entries for every $50 increment.
• Newsletter Entry: Receive one (1) entry for subscribing to the Project R3con free monthly e-newsletter via the official subscription link: https://projectr3con.org/subscribe/.

The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Data Collection and Use: By entering the Giveaway, you consent to Project R3con and the Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and for marketing purposes. You agree to receive marketing communications, including emails and/or SMS messages. You may opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication. Your information will not be sold to third parties.

6. Prizes: Five (5) winners (the "Winners") will be selected. Each Winner will receive one (1) coupon code valid for the redemption of one (1) Cyelee optic of their choice from the Sponsor's website. (Approximate Retail Value: $200-$350, depending on optic chosen). The prize is a single-use coupon code, which is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 13, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days following their selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

8. Shipping: Prizes redeemed with the coupon code will only be shipped to a valid address within the fifty (50) United States. Shipping to P.O. Boxes may not be possible.

9. Rights Granted by You: By entering, You understand and agree that the Sponsor, and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Cyelee Optics and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) the unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (iv) printing or typographical errors in any Giveaway-related materials.

11. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND GEORGIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Cobb County, Georgia having jurisdiction.
