Label Options & Free Pickups

We can switch between USPS or UPS prepaid labels upon request. USPS offers free package pickups that can be scheduled online using the link below.

To get your item replaced, please use the attached prepaid label on the email that was sent, and follow the simple steps below. We will send a new unit as soon as we process your return.

How to Return Your Item

Step 1: Prepare Your Item

• ✅ Pack Original Box: Place the optic and all original accessories inside the original Cyelee Optics box. Secure the box with tape or a rubber band.
• 🚫 Remove All Batteries: Important: Please remove all batteries from the optic and packaging before shipping.

Step 2: Package for Shipping

• ✅ Use a Small Mailer: Place the Cyelee Optics box inside the smallest possible shipping box or padded envelope. No extra padding is needed.
• ✅ Check Weight: The total package weight should be under 12 ounces to comply with the prepaid label.
• 🚫 No Hazard Labels: Ensure there are no battery warning or hazardous material labels on the outside of your package.

⚠️ Avoid Delays: Using a box larger than 8" x 8" x 8" may delay your return processing.

Step 3: Ship the Package

• Affix Label: Securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package.
• Drop it Off: You can schedule a free pickup (see links above), place the package in your mailbox for your carrier(For USPS labels ONLY!), or drop it off at any authorized location for the carrier (USPS or UPS).

What Happens Next?

Once the tracking shows your return has been delivered, please allow up to 4 business days for our team to inspect the item and process it. We will notify you by email as soon as the replacement is sent out.
